Terms of Purchase

1. Seller and scope

The online shop is operated by ATF Chiptuning. These Terms of Purchase apply to physical products purchased through atf-chiptuning.com. The registered business details, tax information and invoice number are stated on the invoice and fiscal receipt.

2. Ordering and contract formation

The customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, enters the required details, chooses an available delivery or pickup method, and reviews the product, quantity, price, VAT, delivery and total before submitting the order.

By clicking the payment button, the customer places a binding order and confirms acceptance of these Terms. An automated acknowledgement does not confirm product availability. The contract is formed after successful payment authorisation and confirmation that the order has been accepted.

If a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or an order cannot be fulfilled for a justified reason, we will inform the customer without delay and refund any amount paid.

3. Prices, VAT and charge currency

• Retail prices include 17% VAT unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
• The online shop’s base currency and card charge currency is EUR.
• Any BAM value shown on the Bosnian version is informational and is calculated at the fixed rate of EUR 1 = BAM 1.95583.
• The exact EUR amount charged to the card is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
• If the card account uses another currency, the card issuer may convert the amount according to its own exchange rate and rules. ATF Chiptuning does not determine those charges.

4. Payment and security

Payment is made using cards supported by Monri WebPay. Card details are entered and processed within Monri’s secure system; ATF Chiptuning does not store full payment-card details.

The order is processed after successful authorisation. The customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided and an invoice and fiscal receipt in accordance with applicable law.

5. Delivery, pickup and timeframes

• Delivery within Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia is free of charge.
• Pickup in Banja Luka or Belgrade is free after confirmation that the order is ready.
• Online ordering is unavailable for other countries. Please contact us to agree availability, price and delivery separately.
• The expected delivery time is shown or communicated with the order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

The customer should inspect the parcel on receipt. Visible packaging damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and ATF Chiptuning, preferably with photographs.

6. Order cancellation

A cancellation request should be sent as soon as possible to info@atf-chiptuning.com with the order number. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the payment. If it has already been dispatched, the withdrawal and return rules apply.

7. Consumer withdrawal and returns

A consumer purchasing at a distance may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. A written withdrawal notice should be sent to info@atf-chiptuning.com with the customer’s name, order number, product and a clear withdrawal statement.

Goods must be returned complete, securely packed and with all included accessories. The customer bears the direct return cost when withdrawing without cause. The customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Payment will be refunded without undue delay and no later than the applicable statutory period of 14 days after receipt of the written withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The withdrawal right does not apply where the law provides an exception, including goods made or personalised to the customer’s specifications, unsealed computer software, and a service begun before the withdrawal period ended with the customer’s express consent.

8. Complaints and non-conformity

Complaints may be sent to info@atf-chiptuning.com. Please provide the order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, the date it was noticed and, where useful, photographs or video.

We acknowledge complaints without delay and provide a written response within 8 days. For a justified complaint, the customer may exercise applicable statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

The seller is responsible for defects and non-conformity for the statutory period of up to two years. A consumer should report a defect in writing within 60 days of discovering it and no later than two years after receiving the product.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are made, where possible, to the payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the credit to appear also depends on the card issuer. If an ordered product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled, the full amount charged will be refunded within the applicable statutory period.

10. Warranty, service and consumer rights

Any manufacturer’s commercial warranty applies under the conditions and for the period stated in the warranty document or product documentation. A commercial warranty does not limit mandatory consumer rights arising from product non-conformity.

For a service request, the customer should first contact ATF Chiptuning. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised intervention, unsuitable power supply or mechanical damage may be excluded from a commercial warranty without affecting rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Business customers and digital credits

Statutory rights intended specifically for consumers may not apply to a customer ordering within a business or professional activity. File Service credits are purchased and delivered through the separate files.atf-chiptuning.com portal and are governed by the terms displayed there.

12. Privacy, changes and disputes

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Mandatory laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska apply. The parties will try to resolve disputes amicably without restricting any consumer right to contact the competent inspectorate, consumer authority or court.

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The version in force when the order was submitted applies to that order.
